Responsibilities
  • Run a portfolio of clients and be the primary point of contact for senior clients
  • Have regular 1-2-1's with clients to drive incremental account opportunities
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop trusting relationships
  • Manage direct reports' development and inspire the client service team
  • Collaborate with team leaders in other departments to improve client deliverables
  • Drive new business across EMEA and shape pitches
  • Help drive fame for the work in the region through PR and social media
  • Be the escalation point on key accounts and contribute to strategic recommendations
  • Provide client recommendations on proper channels and KPIs
  • Deliver client monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Work on scoping, resourcing, and pricing strategies
  • Commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Keep VaynerMedia values at the core and participate in social engagement
