  • Experience in analytics roles (Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence), preferably in e-commerce.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading analytics teams.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and SQL (including nested/repeated data).
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools, preferably Python, and familiarity with statistical modeling.
  • Expert knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing user behavior data (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills, clearly presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Act as a stakeholder liaison to align and communicate effectively around data insights.
