Memory Care Manager

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking a dedicated and experienced Memory Care Manager to lead our dementia care program at our Assisted Living facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while advancing their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of memory care services for residents with dementia

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

- Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including licensing requirements

- Maintain detailed documentation of resident care and facility operations

- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff

- Provide training and ongoing education to staff on best practices in memory care

- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and healthcare providers

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a management role within Assisted Living, with an emphasis on memory care

- Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease care practices

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to senior care

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
