Responsibilities
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline, managing internal and client processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identifying future customers from the initial contact to closing deals that result in long lasting customer relationships. Create, manage, and own forecasts and sales plans
  • Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion. Drive new revenue through pipeline generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing amazing logos for our companies
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Security & IT teams to ensure that best practices of SafeBase are shared and implemented with the respective customers
  • Minimum 3 years developing and scaling new business
  • Minimum 3 years generating pipeline and closing new business
  • Experience maintaining a consultative approach with prospective customers to help develop the packages, pricing and business model for our offerings
  • Experience with Sales Methodology like MEDDPICC or BANT
  • Strong communication skills - this role is very cross functional and will have significant customer interaction
  • A bias for action and are comfortable with uncertainty
  • A hunter mentality
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce and Gong
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup
