Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably within the database, data analytics, and/or GenAI solutions space.
  • Strong background and familiarity with various marketing tools and technologies such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, 6Sense, Salesforce, Google Workspace, etc is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and excellent client service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and energetic professional with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients and team members.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand current market campaigns, key messaging, and strategies to engage with active leads effectively.
  • Execute outreach strategies to nurture leads from marketing campaigns, employing a mix of communication methods, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Demonstrate a profound knowledge of Pythian's offerings, articulating the value proposition clearly to potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of organization to track interactions with leads and report on the progress of sales opportunities.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
