- A minimum of ten years with Unix Engineering including analysis related to design, development, and integration of hardware and software to support large scale Unix environments with virtualization including RedHat, CentOS, and SPARC Solaris
- Ten years’ experience testing large scale UNIX and virtual environments
- Experience performing a variety of engineering and operational related assignments associated with storage operations, backup operations, and virtualization software such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V on enterprise level IT systems
- Ten years’ experience writing scripts with a scripting language, with knowledge of Ansible
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL processes
- Experience with cloud environments including Amazon Web Services AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Services, and other cloud platforms
- Ability to travel by land or air transportation up to 25 percent
- Physical ability to sit for long periods, stand for long periods, ambulate between buildings, stoop kneel crouch or crawl as required, and repeatedly lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Empower AI appoints Ryan Hopper to lead Military Services Business Unit. Empower AI has named Ryan Hopper to lead its Military Services Business Unit, bringing 24 years of experience working with Defense Department and intelligence customers. "I'm extremely excited to join the Empower AI team and to move the needle for some of our nation's most critical military customers," Hopper said.
