Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-functional and multi-disciplinary geographically dispersed team focused on software development, product quality and customer support
  • Develop and execute test plans for all products
  • Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards
  • Ensure that processes are efficient and effective for internal and external needs
  • Facilitate the delivery of key product Engineering Initiatives
  • Form good relationships with leaders involved in each initiative
  • Make the cross-divisional work visible
  • Ensure that everyone understands what is required of them and by when
  • Coordinate dependencies so that teams are rarely blocked
  • Regular status reporting that keeps stakeholders informed of progress
