Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One year of experience in bookkeeping, clerical, and/or billing operations.
  • Experience with purchasing, procurement, accounting, enterprise resource planning, or financial software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and organizational information.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process purchase requests from internal departments.
  • Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approval requirements.
  • Assist with vendor setup and maintenance within the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Finance Department.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving invoice and payment discrepancies.
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Payable functions.
  • Assist with special projects and other departmental initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
