  • 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5+ years leading and mentoring teams
  • Degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to drive design excellence—leading teams to create high-impact, user-centered solutions
  • Deep expertise in product design execution, from strategy to prototyping, documentation, and asset delivery for web and mobile
  • Strong business acumen, with experience aligning design strategy with business goals and influencing senior leadership
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience scaling and managing high-performing design teams (5-10 designers or groups of teams), fostering career growth and a culture of innovation
  • Strategic mindset with strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills to drive impact across teams and product lines.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic vision for design, ensuring alignment with business goals, product strategy, and user needs
  • Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints to drive user-centered design
  • Elevate design maturity by embedding research, data insights, and experimentation into decision-making
  • Develop and mentor design talent, fostering career growth, leadership development, and craft excellence
  • Ensure operational excellence, optimizing execution across short- and long-term roadmaps while improving processes and team efficiency
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment, leading design critiques, stakeholder discussions, and strategic decision-making
  • Define success metrics and measure impact, ensuring design decisions drive meaningful business and user outcomes.
