Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, software development, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand client-specific requirements and design tailored implementation plans aligned with their needs.
  • Lead and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our development team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique workflows, and ensure successful integration with their existing systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Capture suggestions for new features and log them for the engineering team.
Desired Qualifications
