  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate with cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Previous experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) - Greenhouse preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations while maintaining composure
  • Works closely with recruiters to schedule candidates for phone screens, interviews (virtual and onsite), and campus tours as needed
  • Develops & maintains an effective recruiting strategy company-wide, customizing to each department, as necessary
  • Familiarity with sound recruiting practices and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The coordinator will learn and apply new skills as necessary to ensure the future success of the recruiting team and company
  • Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects
  • Serves as a primary point of contact with outside companies, individuals (candidates), and external agencies on a range of specified issues and needs; organizes and facilitates meetings, and other special events, as required
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by the manager and other stakeholders
