Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience in automotive component development at a tier 1 or OEM
  • Minimum 2 years of electric vehicle experience
  • Familiar with High Voltage system development and vehicle integration
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic and analysis tools such as Vector, Iotecha, CAN/CANalyzer, DTS Monaco
  • Excellent level Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities
  • Perform charging interoperability testing with prototype test vehicles
  • Troubleshoot interoperability charging communication issues
  • Collect & analyze PLC charging communication & vehicle CAN data
  • Develop test cases for interoperability testing
  • Participate in charging interoperability testing symposiums
  • Maintain awareness of EV charging infrastructure in the USA
  • Collect feedback & develop technical requirements for US specific system/feature implementation
  • Communicate project issues, delays, risks, and solutions to management
  • Work independently and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
