Requirements
  • A keen eye for creative talent: you bring storytelling, design literacy, and marketing intuition to talent identification.
  • Passion for discovering talent, building consumer products that can change the world.
  • Experience sourcing creative professionals for high growth scaleups or enterprise companies.
  • High agency. You navigate culture and influence candidates to engage. Impossible is just something you haven't discovered, yet.
  • High resilience. You understand sourcing is probabilistic, and how you respond to low response rates is more important than any single rejection. You have grit.
  • You think deeply about talent signals before reaching out but then execute outreach rapidly. You think slow, act fast.
  • You know that speed is how we win.
Responsibilities
  • Map creative talent ecosystems to uncover top-performing professionals across marketing, brand, creative, and design disciplines for a global enterprise brand.
  • Conduct deep market research to understand creative and marketing talent landscapes, from emerging designers and brand leads to performance marketers and frontend engineers.
  • Execute targeted search strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage of design and storytelling disciplines, leveraging creative networks and communities.
  • Track and analyse sourcing metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve response rates across different talent segments.
  • Drive high-velocity candidate discovery that identifies, qualifies, and engages world-class creative and marketing professionals.
  • Build talent pipelines aligned with the needs of the Design, Product, and Marketing teams, maintaining warm relationships with passive candidates.
  • Craft compelling outreach that reflects modern creative culture and the company's design-forward ethos.
