  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to the above qualifications with at least one year of experience as described in the first qualification
Responsibilities
  • Draft memos, emails, correspondence, and present information as needed
  • Initiate project-related communications and requests for information
  • Attend internal and external agency meetings and conferences related to projects
  • Consult with program staff and others to obtain necessary information for project development
  • Develop and sustain working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate cooperation and coordination of placement goals
  • Provide technical assistance support to provider agency stakeholders
  • Enter, update, and retrieve information on electronic systems
  • Utilize various databases and Microsoft applications to collect, organize, and present data
  • Prepare reports upon request by researching materials and using appropriate forms and procedures
  • Maintain electronic tracking tools for monitoring placement of children
  • Monitor office equipment status and functionality, initiate service or repair requests
  • Facilitate disbursement of checks and confer with payees
  • Assist with special projects, adhere to agency's time and leave requirements, attend required training
