Position Overview:

We’re looking for a growth marketer to supercharge our top of the funnel. The ideal candidate has experience driving signups in a high-volume, global PLG environment. We’re looking for someone who has experience creating demand in new categories and thinks beyond SEM. The ideal candidate has deep expertise with paid social (including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and demonstrated creativity in sponsored content, sponsored creators, and affiliates. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create demand for an entirely new category: AI video for business
• Drive high value signups through paid & organic social, sponsored content, and sponsored creators
• Grow and manage our affiliate program 
• Work closely with PMM and data science to identify and target high lifetime value customer segments and build programs to reach them 
• Manage, measure, and optimize our paid acquisition programs 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience with expertise in high volume global businesses
• Expertise operating in hybrid self-serve (PLG) and sales-led motions
• Experience driving international growth across regions and languages
• Proven track record driving growth in new and emerging categories with emphasis on demand creation tactics
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary Range:
$180,000 – $270,000 annually
