Lead Registered Nurse

Sollis Health is Opening in Coral Gables in Fall 2025!!

As the Lead Registered Nurse, you will deliver concierge-level emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics, working collaboratively with an attending Physician or Advanced Practice Provider. In addition to providing clinical care, you will be responsible for key administrative functions, including MedBank oversight, clinic inventory management, laboratory support, nurse preceptorship, and other duties as assigned by the Regional Nurse Manager. This role is critical to our mission of delivering high-quality, seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients, for conditions typically treated in a traditional emergency department.

Full Time - Coral Gables - 32 hours/week 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of an attending Physician or Advanced Practice Provider.
• Assess and treat patients, including obtaining clinical specimens, performing point-of-care testing, drawing blood, and providing symptom management and care recommendations.
• Perform clinical procedures such as vital sign monitoring, IV placement, phlebotomy, vaccine administration, rapid POC testing, IV medication and fluid administration, and EKGs.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and treatments in the EHR Athena.
• Order medical supplies, medications, and vaccines as needed, and track shipments to ensure timely receipt.
• Manage and monitor inventory of medications, vaccines, and medical supplies in coordination with Operations leadership.
• Oversee MedBank operations, including quality control, documentation, and reporting responsibilities.
• Support nursing education by serving as a preceptor for newly hired RNs and collaborate with the Regional Nurse Manager to develop and implement training and ongoing education programs.
• Partner with the broader clinical team to uphold all clinical policies and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and innovative care.
• Foster a patient-centered environment by responding to patient questions with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing,
• Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in Florida, required.
• Must have 4+ years prior emergency or urgent care experience
• ACLS and PALS certification required

• Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, AthenaHealth, Salesforce and Humanity etc. 
• Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration
• Ability to be adaptable and work in a fluid, multitasking environment
• Strong process and organizational skills
• The ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
• Be comfortable interfacing with high profile clientele
