Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably JD Edwards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute weekly labour reports for Production and Construction operations.
  • Manage hardware work orders, including setup, tracking, labour hour allocation, and closure.
  • Support the administration and ongoing enhancement of the Maintenance App and related maintenance processes.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of business systems and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide user support and training for JD Edwards.
  • Support operations on the Manufacturing Execution System and Production Planning System.
  • Collaborate closely with the Information Technology team on projects, system improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Serve as a backup resource for Purchasing activities as required.
  • Develop ad hoc reports, perform data analysis, and complete special projects to support business decision-making.
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple departments to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in manufacturing analytics.
  • Experience with workforce management software.
