Requirements
  • Provide a portfolio of conversion-oriented paid advertisements with measurable outcomes such as spend, qualified leads, click-through rate, conversion, booked calls, revenue, or lift against a control.
  • Demonstrate the volume, quality, and judgment required to sustain creative supporting multiple millions of dollars in monthly ad spend.
  • Demonstrate strong typography, hierarchy, composition, image craft, and concept range across more than one visual style.
  • Show personal ownership of the concepts and editable files presented.
  • Have experience designing for a sophisticated or high-consideration audience where credibility matters as much as stopping power.
  • Provide a testing example explaining the hook, visual hypothesis, variants, controlled differences, result, and next decision.
  • Demonstrate a repeatable artificial-intelligence-enabled Figma or design workflow with a finished example and credible impact on speed or output.
  • Choose one paid static campaign personally designed and explain the winning hook or starting angle, audience, visual hypothesis, concepts and variations, measurable result, and subsequent work created.
  • Show how artificial intelligence materially improved the research, concepting, or production workflow without replacing design judgment.
Responsibilities
  • Understand why a winning hook or angle worked and determine what the visual must communicate in the first second.
  • Use artificial intelligence to search the content and proof library for relevant testimonials, founder material, book passages, customer stories, screenshots, frameworks, podcast moments, event excerpts, and visual references.
  • Develop several genuinely different visual concepts before polishing one direction.
  • Contribute original concepts, competitor references, visual devices, and new test ideas to the team's shared concept pool.
  • Design paid static advertisements around books, highlighted passages, frameworks, customer proof, founder material, screenshots, user-generated-content-style assets, photography, and original visual metaphors.
  • Create meaningful variations across headline, hierarchy, composition, image choice, proof, framing, call to action, and visual hook.
  • Use artificial intelligence to accelerate research, composition exploration, image cleanup, controlled asset generation, and repetitive production while retaining human control over the concept and final craft.
  • Ship clean, editable Figma files and platform-ready exports.
  • Review winners, losers, hook data, and performance feedback from the Head of Content and paid-media team, then turn the learning into new visual families.
  • Select an approved hook or developed angle and generate several distinct visual approaches.
  • Search the content library with artificial intelligence for the strongest supporting proof and imagery.
  • Build new concepts with disciplined hierarchy, typography, imagery, credibility, and platform-safe composition.
  • Create useful variations that isolate a real hypothesis.
  • Inspect legibility at feed size, source accuracy, visual artifacts, alignment, export settings, and file structure.
  • Use supplied results and team analysis to build the next visual family from what worked.

Scaling.com is a Scaling Advisory firm that helps business owners and entrepreneurial leaders 10x their business in three years or less using The Science of Scaling framework created by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson. Its process pairs each client (Scaler) with a dedicated Scaling Strategist who understands the client’s business, their 10x goal, and the obstacles in the way. Between sessions, ScalerAI keeps commitments visible so progress doesn’t stall. Unlike coaching or traditional consulting, Scaling.com positions itself as advisors and measures success by whether the client actually scales. The company aims to scale the world, one Scaler at a time.

What believers are saying

  • The company still markets active growth in 2026 across website, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
  • Benjamin Hardy's 2026 media visibility keeps acquisition channels cheap and top-of-funnel full.
  • The advisory model carries high margins and low capital needs versus software startups.

What critics are saying

  • Scaling.com lacks clear funding, making growth dependent on services revenue and founder demand.
  • The 2026 employee footprint remains tiny, limiting delivery capacity and enterprise credibility.
  • The 10x promise faces trust risk if client outcomes lag, damaging referrals quickly.

What makes Scaling.com unique

  • Scaling.com sells 10x growth advisory, not generic coaching, with accountable strategists.
  • Benjamin Hardy and the team package a proprietary scaling framework around implementation.
  • The brand targets businesses above $1 million revenue, narrowing to founder-led scale-ups.
