UX Designer

Job Description

• This request is for a hybrid UX designer with both visual and IA skills for the Industrial Design team. 
• The Hybrid Designer will have a hands-on role in the design efforts of consumer-facing products by shaping product benefits and user needs into engaging and intuitive user interfaces for a wide range of physical products. 
• This position will involve collaboration with team Creative Directors and Industrial Designers as well as daily partnership with product management and engineering leads. 
• The successful candidate will bring experience in delivering digital interactions for physical devices that feature outstanding user experience and elegant design aesthetics. 
• Candidate portfolios must contains recent mobile, tablet and web based products to be considered.
• A portfolio that showcases several mobile phone and/or tablet apps designs is required.
• Relevant UI and visual design experience within a digital agency or product team.
• Experience leading development of comprehensive and versatile digital design systems.
• Significant experience in iconography, symbol design, and data visualization.
• Expert typesetting and typographic design skills.
• Deep knowledge of cross-platform mobile usability standards and UI specifications.
• Understanding of design and technical capabilities/limitations of leading email and browser technology.
• Ability to take a project from exploratory and conceptual version, through to final production assets.
• Strong ability to multitask and execute against multiple projects running in parallel path.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters and business stakeholders for successful marketing related.

Qualifications

• Looking for UX experience and appreciate for industrial design
  
• Not skill set to create industrial design, but appreciation for it. 
• Small team,so someone who can hit the ground running. .
• Self Starter
• IA
• Wire Frames, interactions, but also make visuals. 
• Need someone whose UI projects have been interactive with users. . 
• Device control UI. Connected home kind of things

• 4-6 years. Not lead, but not fresh out of school.
