GEOINT Analysis Instructor
Key Role:
Deliver in-resident and distance learning instructional programs by course requirements. Use instructional methods, including guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories. Employ instructional technology in instruction and training, including Blackboard. Leverage assessment strategies by the course design, including instructor observation, testing, grading, and providing formal and informal student feedback. Teach instructional courses and leverage expertise in developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as an instructor or trainer
- Experience in a government operating environment, including collaboration with the intelligence community (IC) or DoD
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, or instructing GEOINT data to support U.S. military and policymaker’s interests
- Knowledge of GEOINT tools, product creation, and mission support
- Knowledge of the exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles, and the principles and applications of geographic information systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience in a professional or military environment, or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional or military environment
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience as an in-resident and distance learning instructor for a U.S. government agency
- Course Instruction or Teaching Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
