  • Advanced project management skills and experience with project management tools like Asana

  • Per the SEO side of the role: build successful SEO campaigns for our customers with a thorough understanding of their business and goals
  • Per the sales side of the role: partner with Sales to communicate strategic SEO insights with prospects and customers in support of our win rate
  • Understand prospects' business needs and align SEO insights around achieving their goals
  • Meet with and present to marketing and SEO decision-makers across various verticals and company sizes
  • Conduct analysis on target websites to uncover challenges and highlight how our strategy is able to support a solution
  • Manage the execution of our customers' contracted deliverables
  • Meet with both customers and Customer Success Managers to gather information and provide feedback on campaign progress
  • Partner with our Customer Success Managers to guide and educate our customers on the value of our SEO expertise and partnership
  • Contribute to all technical and strategic SEO aspects of RFP/RFI responses
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO and the digital marketing landscape as it relates to Sales
  • Support Sales with SEO specific questions and prospect pre-analysis
  • Participate in all assigned meetings and training
