Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and not graduating before August 2027.
  • Coursework and/or personal projects demonstrating a quantitative mindset.
  • Exposure to analytical tools or writing code for data manipulation and visualization, such as SQL or R.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better at application, throughout the application process, and for the duration of the internship.
  • Comfort working in person and collaborating with a team.
  • Interest in healthcare as an industry.
Responsibilities
  • Complete a real analytics project using healthcare data with support from a dedicated manager.
  • Build technical skills and learn how healthcare analytics works.
  • Present project findings to the team.
  • Build interactive visualization tools, analyze member health trends to surface actionable insights, and conduct research that informs business strategy.
Desired Qualifications
  • Genuine cover letters in the applicant’s own words are strongly preferred.
