  • Bachelor's degree in an ABET/NCARB accredited engineering or architecture program
  • Eight (8) years of experience in project management for projects requiring ground up construction and/or multi-trade renovations of single and multi-story facilities in the commercial and/or government sectors of industry
  • Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license in any state
Responsibilities
  • Perform all activities associated with construction project management to ensure NEXCOM facility project requirements are developed, coordinated, and meet NEXCOM business and operational needs
  • Develop statements of work for NEXCOM review and approval regarding facility deficiencies and program requirements
  • Provide cost estimates for construction projects and/or design efforts in support of NEXCOM capital program requirements
  • Conduct technical and functional reviews of designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they are in alignment with best practices, building codes, and unified facilities criteria
  • Utilize the clients electronic project management system to develop, route, and document files, reports, and other project related documentation
