Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with operational leads at health plan partners to establish and/or improve processes such as data transfers, reporting, account reviews and approvals, mandatory plan design operations, etc.
  • Work closely with Lantern’s Sales and Implementation teams to coordinate efforts with strategic accounts, including opportunity development with non-contracted accounts, and hand-off from implementation to account management for newly won business
  • Develop thorough documentation for key processes, garner alignment with external and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Implementation, Client Success, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success team to accelerate and improve win rates for direct employer opportunities by enabling more effective processes with relevant health plans.
  • Project manage ongoing operations, and effectively communicate updates within the business and externally to the health plan
  • Lead efforts to refine workflows and create scalable solutions for new processes
