- Four to seven years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong experience with both manual and automated testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
- Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs using Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
- Understanding of test planning, bug tracking, and reporting using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and test integration, such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Perform manual testing for user interfaces, APIs, and integrations when automation is not feasible.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
- Own test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in design reviews and identify issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Build or enhance test frameworks for user interface, API, and database validation.
- Help define and implement best practices in quality engineering processes, tools, and standards.
- Maintain documentation for testing artifacts and regression test suites.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience deploying applications that leverage artificial intelligence or large language model technologies, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Experience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
- Background in testing enterprise software-as-a-service or property technology applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
