Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment or experience as a Solutions Architect or similar client-facing technical role, where you were responsible for providing technical solutions, collaborating with product teams, and driving implementations on behalf of clients.
  • SQL Proficiency (Required): Must have hands-on experience querying databases (e.g., Athena, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake) for analysis and insights.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical concepts.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights. Must be able to break down complex problems using data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on quantitative evidence.
  • Ability to clearly document requirements, work cross-functionally, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Comfortable being led and mentored while demonstrating independence and initiative in driving projects forward.
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned product initiatives, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality. Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and drive projects to completion.
  • Work with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and other teams to translate business needs into well-defined product requirements. Maintain strong communication to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Help streamline product development workflows, ensuring clear documentation, smooth execution, and continuous improvement in how we deliver features.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to refine and enhance products based on real-world needs.
  • Proactively identify gaps or opportunities in assigned projects, propose solutions, and drive execution with minimal hand-holding.

  • Familiarity with AWS services, particularly navigating Athena and S3.
  • Comfortable using command-line tools for interacting with data and performing basic operations.
