Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of full-cycle pre-sales enterprise recruiting experience required (Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineers, etc.)
  • Proven top performance within similar industry high preferred
  • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience!
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process by keeping a strong pipeline and building close relationships with the most sought out talent on the market
  • Develop strong partnerships with the SE Leadership team to collaborate during the hiring process
  • Partner with a team of recruiters to aggressively pipeline a high volume of hires!
  • Use many platforms to source diverse talent and actively source passive candidates
  • Master storytelling t to candidates about Verkada
  • Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Lever
