- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle pre-sales enterprise recruiting experience required (Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineers, etc.)
- Proven top performance within similar industry high preferred
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process by keeping a strong pipeline and building close relationships with the most sought out talent on the market
- Develop strong partnerships with the SE Leadership team to collaborate during the hiring process
- Partner with a team of recruiters to aggressively pipeline a high volume of hires!
- Use many platforms to source diverse talent and actively source passive candidates
- Master storytelling t to candidates about Verkada
- Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Lever
