  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience as a system analyst.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with applying Agile Methodologies concepts and practices.
  • Solid understanding of on-Prem and off-Prem (Cloud) based environments.
  • US Citizenship is required by the Federal Government.
  • The ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust, which involves a thorough background and financial investigation.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the analysis of highly complex projects and moderate to highly complex programs.
  • Formulating and defining strategies, system scope and objectives for infrastructure modernization projects through research and fact-finding activities combined with an expert understanding of technical analysis and requirements management practices and principles.
  • Recommending and applying strategic thinking, process improvement, and re-engineering methodologies and principles to process improvement programs and projects by proposing, completing, and analyzing business, data, hybrid enterprise models.
  • Identifying best practices, documenting and assessing performance measurements, and identifying business and technology solutions to streamline processes.
  • Supporting group facilitation sessions, interviews, training, and other activities to gather information from stakeholders.
  • Providing direction and strategic vision to architectural framework improvement programs by assessing and recommending all business analysis related disciplines.
  • Eliciting and managing business and systems level requirements for projects.
  • Assessing industry standard tools to make recommendations to medium to complex technical projects related to infrastructure modernization.
  • Conducting knowledge transfer of strategic plans, scope, requirements, and other analyses to program and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions to client areas.
  • Applying portfolio management concepts including business-IT alignment, prioritization, market research, business cases development, and project costing techniques for moderate to highly complex projects; and
  • Ensuring recommended/delivered solution(s) meet business needs for projects, as assigned.
