Requirements
  • Attention to detail: Extreme attention to detail and accuracy. Understands the downstream effects of careless errors and has a strong drive for flawless execution and delivery
  • Project management: Able to successfully manage and execute on a variety of projects, including assisting with projects belonging to other team members and teams
  • Analytical (Data-driven): Able to analyze various enrollment and utilization reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients, partners, and the team
  • Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands
  • Presentation skills: Able to craft a compelling story and effectively deliver to a wide range of external stakeholders
  • Data integrity: Consistently keep relevant dashboards and client and partner documents up-to-date and accurate
  • Health Plan or Digital Health experience: Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem and the health insurance business model a plus
Responsibilities
  • Health Services: Support our Health Plan partnerships , including (but not limited to) implementation, reporting, hosting webinars, developing meeting materials, drafting emails, and leading partnership meetings/calls
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Participant Support, Product, Data, Client Success and Clinical) to troubleshoot issues and to support the delivery of the Hinge Health program to our partners and clients
Desired Qualifications
  • Start-up experience is a plus, but not a must as we look for individuals who can thrive in ambiguity
