  • Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands
  • Presentation skills: Able to craft a compelling story and effectively deliver to a wide range of external stakeholders
  • Data integrity: Consistently keep relevant dashboards and client and partner documents up-to-date and accurate
  • Health Plan or Digital Health experience: Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem and the health insurance business model a plus
  • Health Services: Support our Health Plan partnerships , including (but not limited to) implementation, reporting, hosting webinars, developing meeting materials, drafting emails, and leading partnership meetings/calls
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Participant Support, Product, Data, Client Success and Clinical) to troubleshoot issues and to support the delivery of the Hinge Health program to our partners and clients

  • Start-up experience is a plus, but not a must as we look for individuals who can thrive in ambiguity
