- Experience in the Design, development and engineering of Interior commodities such as: IP, Door, Floor Console, Hardtrim, Overhead
- Proficient with plastic injection mold tooling including draft, lifters, shut off, and slide requirements
- BS/BA Required or Extensive experience in the field
- Requires 5-10 years CAD Design & Development Experience
- Able to work well in a team environment as well as being self-sufficient
- Strong attention to detail

- Self-sufficient at designing new CAD products and making improvements to existing CAD products or parts

- Apply advanced engineering concepts to design the necessary requirements to produce a particular part or parts, specifications, and quality standards
- Works closely with engineering staff to ensure that products are completed in a timely manner, using CAD Software such as CATIA, UG, etc.
