Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or similar data-driven verticals, including ownership of strategic account portfolios and revenue targets in the $5–15M+ range.
  • Deep domain expertise in Restaurant/Hospitality, Technology, Financial Services or similar sectors, with the ability to identify business pain points and connect them to phData’s AI & Data services and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to design, sell, and oversee implementation of modern data solutions (data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI).
  • Proven ability to own revenue and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering growth through both net-new and expansion work.
  • Experience delivering projects for external or internal clients in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps and drive them through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience leading executive-level conversations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within matrixed, distributed, and cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partners.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining CxO and senior executive relationships, influencing strategic roadmaps across both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on client needs and business priorities, while taking full ownership of account outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts, creating and executing long-term growth plans aligned to client goals and phData’s capabilities.
  • Translate client business objectives and AI & Data goals into strategic programs spanning data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI, in partnership with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams.
  • Ensure engagements across your portfolio are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong profitability and measurable business value, maintaining ~40% utilization to stay close to delivery and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to align on account health, project success, and future opportunity.
  • Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, workshops, QBRs, and roadmap discussions, positioning phData as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure high quality in deliverables by staying engaged with delivery teams, reviewing performance metrics, and driving governance, risk management, and issue resolution across accounts.
  • Partner with ecosystem providers (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) to design and execute joint account strategies that bring added value to clients and accelerate portfolio growth.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as industry playbooks, account planning frameworks, sales enablement materials, and patterns for driving AI & Data outcomes in your verticals.
  • Represent phData with professionalism at industry events, conferences, and panels, helping to elevate our presence and reputation within Restaurant/Hospitality, Technology, and other priority sectors.
  • Share best practices, deal learnings, and client insights to help improve phData’s client engagement model, forecasting, and overall delivery excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, influencing strategic decisions, and guiding long-term initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Help define and refine practice standards, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred qualifications help candidates stand out but are not required for success in this role.
  • Experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality and/or Technology and/or Financial Services sectors, with meaningful exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Anthropic) and familiarity with modern data architectures and use cases.
  • Prior experience working in global or remote teams and partnering across US and other regions.
  • Contributions to communities, speaking, writing, or internal accelerators (e.g., industry events, thought leadership, or sales/solutions playbooks) are a plus.
  • Location is in the United States with a strong preference for Central and West regions; remote-first with distributed global team; travel up to 50%.

This interface makes setup and operations effortless while retaining the power of procedure-based automation. In this blog, phData, Inc'll explore its key features, configuration, and how to use the UI daily. What is the Advisor Snowflake Native Application? The phData Advisor tool is widely available on the Snowflake Marketplace as a native application that helps you effectively manage your Snowflake environment by providing insights into account configuration, security, performance, and efficiency. The Advisor tool scans your environment with a set of pre-configured checks to identify areas for improvement and provides recommendations. The scan results are saved in your Snowflake account and visualized in an interactive HTML report. You can also customize the checks and even create your own. The Advisor UI has two pages: a configuration page and a dashboard page. NOTE: When you first open the UI, you will be prompted to grant the privilege below to access the ACCOUNT_USAGE schema. Configuration page. * Enabling all checks (required) * Enabling email alerts * Granting application permissions to roles other than ACCOUNTADMIN * Viewing and upgrading the license * Configuring custom checks Enabling all checks. To provide a comprehensive scan of the account, users must execute the SQL provided in this section. This additional SQL creates a wrapper procedure that allows the native application to get the results of SHOW statements, which native applications cannot execute. After running this SQL, scanning will be enabled in the dashboard page. Enabling email alerts. This procedure, along with notification integration and tasks, executes scans on a schedule and configures email notifications for new reports. Granting application permissions. To allow other roles to access the application, grant the application role to the desired role. Viewing and upgrading the license. The Advisor application displays the current license type, its expiration date, and instructions for generating an authentication token to upgrade to a pro license. Configuring custom checks. Users have the flexibility to configure new custom checks, as well as modify or remove existing ones. The configured custom checks are available for download directly within the application. The Advisor dashboard page is your single cockpit for operating the Advisor tool and viewing scan results.
