Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and organized, with a focus on excellent follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine their housing needs and interests, and demonstrate the model home, structural items, and upgrade items at the community level.
- Assist clients with making selections to customize their homes.
- Enter customer information and selections into Brix systems.
- Develop thorough knowledge of home features, option pricing, and design-center selections and communicate this information effectively to prospects and buyers.
- Work primarily over weekends during peak busy times or during business hours on an as-needed basis.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior design-related experience with a home builder.
- Experience with Brix.
