Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine their housing needs and interests, and demonstrate the model home, structural items, and upgrade items at the community level.
  • Assist clients with making selections to customize their homes.
  • Enter customer information and selections into Brix systems.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of home features, option pricing, and design-center selections and communicate this information effectively to prospects and buyers.
  • Work primarily over weekends during peak busy times or during business hours on an as-needed basis.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior design-related experience with a home builder.
  • Experience with Brix.
