Requirements
  • 2-5 years of project management and/or consulting experience, preferably with NetSuite ERP implementations.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Functional experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Experience managing executive relationships and closing large deals including managed service agreements.
  • Ready to travel up to 35% to connect with clients and facilitate project delivery.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with ERP distribution applications, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environments is desired.
  • Some technical or application development experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee resources, timelines, scope, and customer expectations to ensure successful project completion.
  • Establish yourself as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and escalations.
  • Generate and deliver project plans and cost estimates, manage change requests, and negotiate project scope changes as well as managed service agreements.
  • Work with internal teams to manage project deliverables and ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in post-Go-Live activities for key accounts to ensure ongoing success.
