- You are enrolled full time in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior or have recently graduated within the past 6 months with your Undergraduate Degree.
- Are available to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Have Some experience with software development through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Collaborating with your mentor and team to build features and improve the Risk Cloud platform while learning about real-world product and engineering goals.
- Working closely with engineers, product managers, QA and designers to contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Learning and begin applying engineering best practices like writing tests, making frequent updates, and iterating based on feedback.
- Practicing clear communication and contribute to documentation to support your work and help the team.
- Are Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a planned graduation of Spring 2026 or Summer 2026 and have completed 2+ years of relevant coursework, OR recently completed a software engineering bootcamp program.
- Have Interest in growing as a developer and contributing to a fast-paced, high-quality engineering environment.

- Experience using a modern programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
