Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in STEM with 3 years of related engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with no experience
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Linux Server deployment, maintenance, and administration
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and hardening virtual machines
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, Go, PowerShell, etc.
  • Infrastructure automation experience with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc
  • Basic knowledge of Backup/Storage and Network technologies
  • Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for integrating and testing software and hardware systems in complex IT systems.
  • Develop engineering and automated deployments for datacenter system configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineers to Install, troubleshoot and redline documented procedures.
  • Work closely with Engineers and Technicians in a lab environment.
  • Good planning, coordination, and documentation skills are required.
