Responsibilities
  • Oversee office activities and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with the People Team, IT Support, and other departments to ensure that the office runs smoothly
  • Ship, manage, and receive computers on an as-needed basis
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Work with the landlord to make and track facilities requests
  • Plan and coordinate monthly social events for the office
  • Maintain and execute the refreshment program including ordering and stocking snacks, coffee, and other items
  • Greet visitors and new hires, making sure they have all the information needed to visit/enter the office
  • Manage your locations office budget and ensure timely and accurate expense categorization
  • Maintain a clean and safe office environment
  • Support the Workplace Team’s goals by taking on ad hoc tasks/projects as needed
