Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships and act as the primary point of contact for general shipment status inquiries and related inbound support contacts to Saronic.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding shipment status, potential delays, and other critical information.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities meet relevant regulations and standards, including DoD requirements. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistical documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address logistics-related issues quickly. Develop and implement contingency plans to manage risks and maintain operational continuity.
