Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in professional development environments using agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce development/integration required.
  • Experience guiding the team in software architecture, design, code reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Experience in converting business requirements into technical designs and features.
  • Experience defining, coding, maintaining, and deploying custom applications using open-source and commercial tools.
  • Knowledge of best software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, security, and build and test processes.
  • Demonstrated strong ownership of work coupled with an ability to collaborate openly and transparently.
  • Experience in the Salesforce CRM ecosystem (e.g. Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Slackbolt SDK, Salesforce API integration, etc.)
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and application state management principles.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, server-side JavaScript/Typescript, and Python.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with AWS (e.g. Lambda, SNS/SQS, CloudFormation, EC2, VPC, IAM, etc.) and serverless architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including the design, implementation, deployment, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support of software applications and tools.
  • Work with a wide variety of languages, engineering domains, tools, frameworks, and 3rd party integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, UX design, and clinical operations to translate requirements into production-ready, highly maintainable, scalable solutions.
  • Join our growing engineering team that moves quickly and delivers at high quality.
  • Significantly contribute to the codebase, develop the technical landscape, make impactful technical decisions, and set overall technical direction.
  • Mentor highly skilled engineers.
