Requirements
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementation experience
  • Experience with mission ERP or Tangicloud Technologies
  • Experience with Serenic, and/or Sylogist software
  • Preferred experience in a Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting role preferred, some direct customer facing role required
  • Knowledge of integration best practices with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Broad business system knowledge
  • Capability to customize and configure MS Dynamics environment to demonstrate proof of concept to prospects and clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt well and positively to change
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related industry field or equivalent working experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities
  • Leads prospect discovery to learn customer needs and challenges
  • Collaborates closely with the sales team and prospect to solidify solution vision to address challenges and needs
  • Collaborates with implementation/delivery team
  • Responsible for the development of customized prospect and client solution demonstrations
  • Develops expertise in and position the Stoneridge Software implementation methodology
  • Attends sales and marketing meetings and keep CRM and related customer and project records up to date
  • Assists with preparation of Statements of Work with a focus on Scope and estimate
  • Conducts marketing focused webinars for clients and prospects
  • Supports Not for Profit (NFP) clients and workloads
  • Supports Manufacturing clients and workloads
  • Able to present, demonstrate, and articulate technical solutions in a concise, clear, and convincing way to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Leads technical discussions in all aspects of technical sales cycle to include product demonstrations, technical presentations, and requirements analysis
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically through a problem
  • Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution
  • Embraces change with positivity, showing flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong IT market awareness and knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
  • Leverages knowledge and experiences to find and encourage win-win solutions with team members and clients
