  • 10+ years as an attorney, with a mix of big law firm and in-house experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS startups; healthcare background is a plus.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and current bar admission.

  • Strong contract law foundation with exceptional negotiation and drafting skills.

  • Oversee all legal operations for our rapidly growing, VC-backed healthcare AI company.
  • Lead negotiation processes and manage contracts with major enterprise customers and strategic partners, and vendors.
  • Analyze laws and regulations, advising on their impact on the business and operations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and manage international legal matters.
  • Provide expert, ethical, and pragmatic legal advice on various matters.
