Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience
  • JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one US state bar
  • General working knowledge of domestic and international data privacy and security, SaaS software licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory frameworks
  • Prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and working with APIs, integrations, and third-party marketplaces preferred
  • Excellent legal and business judgment
  • Ability to think strategically and develop strong working relationships with key internal clients
