We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or Atlanta, GA Office..

The Role:

This role will focus on and provide administrative support for clients’ use of MRI’s in-house software applications. Team members will collect data and documents from various sources and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financials and provide ongoing client training. The company will rely on these individuals to assist clients, meet their needs, and deliver a consistent, professional experience.

You Will: 

• Collect data and documents from various sources.
• Use and maintain in-house data processing software applications.
• Process and validate monthly financial data for multiple data types and clients.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field 
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with MS SQL is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic Finance or Accounting Principles
