- Solid experience in application architecture and Microsoft Azure, including several production projects.

- Frame artificial intelligence use cases with business stakeholders, including discovery, prioritization, return on investment and risk analysis, user experience, and value measurement.
- Define standards for Clean Architecture, domain-driven design, observability, security, continuous integration and continuous delivery using Azure DevOps or GitHub, and infrastructure as code using Bicep or Terraform.
- Challenge and support teams through pairing, design reviews, and coaching on performance, resilience, and testability.
- Ensure end-to-end quality, including service-level objectives and agreements, robustness, performance, compliance, FinOps, and AI FinOps covering token usage, caching, vector stores, and batching.
- Active monitoring of Microsoft technology developments.
- Desire to transmit knowledge and continue learning.
