Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferred.
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in a comparable Application Support Analyst role.
  • 2-3 Years’ experience supporting applications running over Windows Server OS and running on Windows PC.
  • A general understanding of wide-area (WAN) computer networks and the systems that support them.
  • CPR+ Software for Home Infusion, Specialty RX, and HME
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Mobile Platform and Related Technologies
  • SDLC or comparable Project Management Experience or PMP Preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide application support to internal customers (end users as well as other IT groups) and external clients and vendors.
  • Provide implementation and management of key application projects and other initiatives.
  • Assist with developing internal support knowledge base, documentation, and cross-training to the Helpdesk and Customer Support Technicians.
  • Participate in regular IT meetings and project planning sessions.
