  • Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field and 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, Market Segments & Services Specialist, TTS Program Analyst, Innovation Catalyst, Financial Analyst-Market Security, Corporate Banking Analyst or related position involving product development for transaction banking solutions.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
  • 4 years of experience must include: Creating and executing digitization strategy and business strategy; Basel 3 Risk Weighted Assets requirements; Data management; Portfolio management; Financial planning and analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience must include data visualization tools and portfolio structuring.
Responsibilities
  • Develop financial products for transaction banking solutions.
  • Collaborate to develop new features and keep up with market expectations and drive new client origination.
  • Enhance and update existing product suite for changes in market, regulation and technology advances.
  • Assist in the collection, structuring and validation of metrics dashboard.
  • Identify key opportunities to optimize balance sheet and improve liquidity in the business.
  • Identify optimal portfolio with due consideration of revenue, returns and liquidity management to prioritize effectively.
  • Create and execute digitization strategy and business strategy.
  • Data management using data visualization tools, portfolio management and structuring, and financial planning and analysis considering Basel 3 Risk Weighted Assets requirements.
  • Update risk and controls of a suite of trade products including import, export, working capital loans, commodity prepayment and borrowing base finance facilities and FI trade advances.
  • Drive development of new products to meet client needs and structure new solutions.
  • Develop marketing materials and guides.
  • Engage with regional and local product partners, host trainings and provide user and training materials.
  • Establish and refine onboarding process to provide seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Provide updates and progress reports to stakeholders and track Key Performance Indicators.
  • Work with Operations, Onboarding, Implementation and Product managers to escalate and resolve client, platform and system issues.
  • Monitor changes in emerging technologies impacting strategic roadmap and prioritize systems and products.
  • Contribute to digitization agenda and assist with rollout and commercialization of platforms.
