Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluent ability to read, write, and speak English, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.
Responsibilities
  • Rotate through key departments to learn the inner workings of skilled nursing facilities and how each department contributes to patient care and overall success.
  • Complete structured training, support, and documentation needed to meet state licensure requirements and prepare for the NAB and state-specific licensure exams.
  • Complete practical, project-based assignments that improve center performance, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to quality initiatives.
  • Attend leadership meetings and workshops, build team communication and culture-building skills, and learn from experienced professionals through executive mentorship and personalized coaching.
  • Complete a Certified Nursing Assistant class as part of the program.
