Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in marketing coordination and tradeshow management, preferably in the aerospace industry, including management of all related tradeshow logistics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and communications plans.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Desire to understand and communicate complex technology to various audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as required.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute participation in tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, travel arrangements, and promotional material preparation.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and industry publications.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, track results, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and other internal teams to gather information and insights for effective marketing communication.
  • Assist with marketing research and analysis
  • Work closely with our graphic and industrial designers to create engaging promotional materials, presentations, and displays for tradeshows and other events.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, customers, and key stakeholders.
