  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with 5+ years of general accounting experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and expertise in financial systems like NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
Responsibilities
  • Build and scale accounting teams in both the US and Bangladesh to support Accounts Receivable operations, managing over $400M in cash flow.
  • Lead performance management, training, and goal-setting initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and strong employee relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of accounting transactions in compliance with US GAAP, achieving a 5-day close process, and maintain collections policies to align with evolving strategies.
  • Enhance department efficiency by streamlining processes and improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to within 7 days of the Best Possible DSO.
  • Lead year-end audit activities for Accounts Receivable, provide key financial metrics, and support US GAAP revenue recognition processes, including the design and automation of NetSuite for invoicing and revenue management.
