  • Candidates must be enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program in an area relevant for the role during the academic term immediately before the internship.
  • Candidates should have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Candidates should have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, assess impact, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Candidates should communicate clearly and effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Technology, Logistics, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing to share insights, communicate changes, and drive operational improvements.
  • Assist with vendor relations, A/B testing, point-of-sale enhancements, documentation such as standard operating procedures, functional requirements specifications, and test plans, international business, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop a comprehensive end-of-internship presentation highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Support day-to-day product operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user feedback.
  • Shadow product managers and cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Observe and participate in product planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Retail or ecommerce experience is preferred but not required.
