  • Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.

  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
  • Support participants facing barriers such as disability, injury, or long-term unemployment to become job-ready.
  • Build relationships with participants to understand their employment goals and position them for success.
  • Coach participants to become job-ready, competitive, and confident in interviews.
  • Assist participants with resumes, interview preparation, job-search strategies, training, and upskilling opportunities.
  • Market candidates to employers and generate job opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships and an employer pipeline to create sustainable employment pathways and convert opportunities into placements.
  • Advocate for participants to employers and secure job placements.
  • Generate employment opportunities through cold calls, employer visits, face-to-face employer engagement, and proactive business development.
  • Pitch candidates to employers and promote the commercial and social value of inclusive recruitment.
  • Negotiate job trials, work-experience placements, and wage subsidies.
  • Maintain and grow employer relationships to drive repeat business and ongoing vacancies.
  • Conduct regular appointments and track participant progress toward employment outcomes.
  • Manage compliance, documentation, and data entry in line with program requirements.
  • Track performance against key performance indicators and employment outcome targets.
  • Celebrate milestones and successful placements to build participant confidence and engagement.
